the pixxxie pie emporium’s latest ebay auctions 01/02/2009

news from the 7th underbelly of the goblin market:

Currently Listed On Ebay!

The Thex Arkadia Suit

the barbaroi suit

the imriel suit

Also: PayPal /in conjunction with Ebay/ now offers seller/buyer protection...which effectively puts funds paid to a merchant (over $100) in a state of limbo until either, they (PayPal) confirm that the product was delivered to the client or the client leaves positive feedback via Ebay…or –if none of the before mentioned situations happen–PayPal will release the funds after 21 days pass without a client disputing the charges etc.

Now, this is all well and good and completely understandable, but let it be known that the Pixxxie’s and I don’t get paid until you leave feedback…even though we’ve lovingly packaged the goodies and shipped them out in a timely fashion (I commonly ship out goods the day after you order them unless it’s a Sunday or a Holiday).  So this really goes out to my Ebay clients whom I Love and Adore: Please don’t forget to leave feedback on Ebay, lol.

And worry not: I commonly leave my clients positive feedback as soon I note that they’ve left feedback for the Emporium.

Regarding Returns and Exchanges:

I commonly have a policy of all sales are final. However, I’m not completely heartless on this subject. Should I lose my mind and somehow send you the wrong ensemble I will gladly allow you to exchange the ensemble and I will send you the correct ensemble at my expense.  Just email me super quick and I’ll take care of the issue ASAP! However, please note that I have never ever sent a client the wrong ensemble.

…And, if by chance you should ever receive an ensemble that is damaged…as in “damaged from within the box”..ya know, you open up the box and somehow…someway….something’s torn, a zipper is falling clean off or the Hitchcock Birds have been compelled to peck your darling package to bits and pieces….do contact me so we can arrange to fix the issue. Again, I’ve never had any of the above mentioned befall a client.

Keep in mind that neglecting to measure your doll does not grant you a golden ticket towards exchanging merchandise & refunds. I’ve got dollie measurements plastered all over my website for your viewing pleasure…so please take a moment to check your dollies measurements before you commit to purchasing from the Pixxxie Pie Emporium.

And I do check my measurements pretty regularly to make sure they’re not off kilter. If you ever notice a measurement that’s completely wonky, as in off the mark by a country mile, please feel free to email and I’ll double check some things & make necessary corrections!

Blessed Be, Take Care and Have a Happy New Year, Darlings!!

    Hey,

I just purchased the barbaroi suit on ebay (it’s GORGEOUS by the way, but why else would I buy it!? :D I’m also totally in love with the imriel suit, and as tempting as it is, I’m gonna have to pass on it for a while… damn. :( ) Anyway, just purchased the barbaroi suit, but I’m actually going on holidays for just under two weeks from Tuesday onwards. So I won’t be home to leave you feedback, and since my parents know nothing about dollfies, I can’t really trust their judgement of the outfit if they were to inspect it (not that I’m expecting anything less than excellent work from you).

So, unless if paypal is able to confirm delivery, then I’m REALLY sorry if payment to you is delayed. I haven’t sold anything on ebay myself for a while now, so I had no idea this scheme was being introduced until now. I don’t mean to be a bother, but if you don’t get your payment until I return home, then I’m really sorry. But I promise, I shall review as soon as I get in.

hey out there & its so good to hear from you!

well, the good news is that this “holding funds” thing with PayPal and Ebay doesn’t seem to be a permanent thing (sigh of relief). though it sure looks like it could be from the wording of their “holding onto your money” policy.

your payment for barbaroi cleared instantly so everything is fine and you feel free to leave feedback when you get a chance to look over the goodies. no worries there.

its all pretty weird, but my last few transactions through Paypal weren’t put on hold so i’m hoping that’s the last of those issues and that they’re just trying to keep merchants on their toes when it comes to sending out products in a timely fashion.

    we’ll see, lol.
and other good news….i will definitely sew the imriel suit a few more times!
